Your initial lease establishes a purchase
value for your unit and a lease rate based on competitive principal and interest payments
for a mortgage in the amount of the established purchase value.
Option to Purchase after 5 years
At the completion of a five-year lease, you
have the option to purchase your unit at its appraised
fair-market value. As
an incentive to exercise your purchase option, E3 will rebate
10% of your investment back to use as a downpayment.
If you choose not to purchase, new lease arrangements may be available.
LEAP options and rebates will remain transferable throughout the
initial lease term. By using LEAP, you can share the flexibility
