Where would I go grocery shopping?

Walk across the street to National City 2nd Street Market for:

• Fresh fruits & vegetables, bread & anything else farmer's market related

By car, the following options are all about 10 minutes away.

• Dorothy Lane Market – Oakwood – locally-owned; upscale grocery store with prepared dinners, fresh vegetables, staple items
• Trader Joe’s – Kettering – national chain; unique groceries from around the world, staple items
• Wal-Mart SuperStore – Moraine – national chain grocery store
• Kroger Super Store - (still being built) - Corner of Wayne & Wyoming Streets; national chain grocery store

is there a condo fee?

Not in the first five years.  During that time, all units are on a lease, and there is no condo fee.   If you choose to purchase your unit after five years, there will be a condo fee to support ongoing maintenance of the exterior structure and grounds.

is buying a loft a good investment?

Yes, because the demand is exceeding the supply.  That's when prices go up.  The potential for a return on your investment (ROI) is there because of market forces.

Will i hear my neighbors?

We are doing everything we can to make your loft as quiet as possible. Because The Merc is totally new on the inside, the units are being built to include acoustic insulation to assure the utmost quiet.
