The Mercantile Lofts Development

Located Where You Want To Live & Work

The Mercantile Lofts, nicknamed The Merc, is situated on East Third Street (see map) in the heart of the Webster Station district – a neighborhood targeted by Dayton for rejuvenation and redevelopment. If you want to be in the heart of what is happening in downtown Dayton, The Merc is the place live and work.

90,000 Sq. Ft. of Excitement

The Merc consists of two historic buildings

that, when finished, will accommodate up to 60,000 sq. ft. of retail / office / business space and over 30,000 sq. ft. of upscale residential loft space.

The Merc is currently under construction and accepting leases for prime, upscale residential loft and commercial space. These buildings will retain their historic appearance on the outside; however, the inside will be all brand new materials, designed in a way to create a clean, modern look that will harmonize the old with the new. Complete list of features.

Two residential units are already leased. Sign up early and get first pick on the unique historical architecture features that you treasure most – from vaulted brick ceilings to original sliding metal barn doors.
