E3 Development is responsible for the concept and execution of
The Merc. The partners of E3 development include the architect,
Jeff Wray of Jeff Wray Architects, and the project manager, Matt
Stoermer, renovator of the Cooper Lofts.

buildings – retaining their character yet giving
them new life inside to accommodate modern tastes for the

owner/developer of the successful Cooper Lofts (Old Side)
